Wall Panels

We bring forth our clients a qualitative range of Sandwich Panels. These are made available in both standard and customized specifications as per the requirements of our esteemed clients. Our range is manufactured in compliance with the different industrial designs and is available in the following specifications:

Thickness & Dimension

• Sandwich Panels are available in the following standard thicknesses 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm. Panels with thicknesses of over 120mm

• Standard width of Panels is app. 1170 mm, with a maximum length of app. 6000mm

Floor Insulation

• Either covered with a Polyethylene sheet as a vapor proof barrier or Aluminum Chequered Plate with Marine Ply

Locking

• Locking system by means of Cam-locks, are pre-fitted prior to the foaming and ensures a total weather-proof assembly, thereby increasing the strength and the stability of the final structure

Our clients can avail from us a qualitative range of Roof Panels. These are made available as organic coated steel and aluminum with excellent finish. The panels also comprise siliconised polyester and fluoropolymer (Kynar 500) coating systems and are available with following specifications:

• Permanently coated insulated metal cladding systems for industrial and commercial building

• Durable and watertight cladding systems in flush and profiled finishes with complementary range of accessories suitable for the most stringent environments

• Roof and wall cladding systems manufactured out of hot dip metallic coated steels like Galvalume and galvanized steel with organic coatings for color and maintenance free exteriors. Bare Galvalume (hot dip zinca-aluminum alloy coated) steel increasingly popular for roofing with proven life of four times that of galvanized steel in equivalent coating thickness

• Metal roof and Wall cladding products are the modern low maintenance solution to building construction and it is economical solutions

• Tracdek Hi-Rib is an attractive profile with wide spans and proprietary side lap with anti-drilling features

• Tradek Klippon is a snap-fixed modified standing seam roofing profile with no fastener penetration through the roof sheeting
